We supply upmarket quality character costumes that are durable, authentic and easy enough for your child to put on.

We recommend that all the costumes are hand-washed but with care, items can be washed in the washing machine. (i.e. special precaution with trimmings, buttons, sequins and adornments). Do not tumble dry. ZoeC Costumes will not be held responsible for not following washing instructions.

A child's imagination is never-ending, and it is impossible for us to stock the vast assortment of dress-up clothes and costumes that they may request. Should you have a special request, please feel free to contact us. We will reply as quickly as we can and supply you with a quote and an estimated lead time .

If you are ordering for a large group or classroom, please allow ample time for the order to be filled.

These costumes are not suitable for sleepwear.

Please Note: Costumes and prices shown are subject to the availability of fabrics. Each costume is made with attention to detail. Similarly the colours and textures of materials used in any costume may vary from those in the picture although the utmost care will be taken to insure that all costumes match our picture gallery.

We will do our best to accommodate your order as soon as possible but a lead time of 2-3 weeks should be allowed for.

Two sizes are available:

Size A - suitable for 3-4 years old
Size B - suitable for 5-6 years old (except for Harry Potter where size A will be 5-6 years old and size B will be suitable for 7-9 years old)

Please take care to order appropriate size.

Order will only be considered confirmed on receipt of payment which is to be received via direct deposit into ZoeC Costumes’s bank account (see bank account details on the order form).

Kindly fax / email your proof of payment/internet transfer as soon as possible.

The order form will offer you 3 postage options:

1. Collect
2. Standard Postage (5-7 days)
3. Overnight Postage.

You will be invoiced according to the weight of your order and option of postage that you choose.

Please note that insurance is not included in these rates and if you want it, you will be invoiced accordingly.

Using the required details from the Order page, just E-Mail it to the address as shown.

Your order will be confirmed by return e-mail. Postage fees, insurance (optional) and full payment instructions will also be included.

Please note that accessories can be purchased separately but this must be done in conjunction with an order for outfits.
